I purchased them last year but they probably have a similar bundle available. I took a bunch more photos today and will post them this weekend.Jaynehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09993407315693699146noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3822343629005349934.post-79503803284605078112010-05-20T08:12:01.922-05:002010-05-20T08:12:01.922-05:00I'm kind of sad you don't remember what th...I'm kind of sad you don't remember what those daylilies are called, because I want them! lol. I really want to try daylilies, I think they'd be perfect in my sunny/windy yard as a border, or around my mailbox :) Yours look especially vibrant, which is what I'm looking for! I'm afraid to order them online, because they doctor up pictures sometimes...yours are beautiful! :DKynahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13222304237028745181noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3822343629005349934.post-22743801622128152482010-05-16T11:32:53.439-05:002010-05-16T11:32:53.439-05:00What a fun idea Annie - I think I'll do that! What a fun idea Annie - I think I'll do that!Jaynehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09993407315693699146noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3822343629005349934.post-55992696580691966482010-05-16T11:32:29.662-05:002010-05-16T11:32:29.662-05:00Hi Catherine, You know, when I planted the hollyh...Hi Catherine, You know, when I planted the hollyhocks, I had never heard of hollyhock rust. It was only when the one in the front got completely covered in it and I had to pull it out that I read up on it and discovered what it was. This one didn't get any at all until after it had started putting out blooms.Jaynehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09993407315693699146noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3822343629005349934.post-2132650247023698632010-05-16T11:30:28.502-05:002010-05-16T11:30:28.502-05:00Thanks Jenny. Unless you're selling them, naming them for people you know might be more fun.
Now that's a real hollyhock! All I can get to grow here are the Malva zebrina/Striped Mallows called French Hollyhocks in the South.

Happy GBBD!

Annie at the Transplantable RoseAnnie in Austinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14662139490401110432noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3822343629005349934.post-84598649363548316402010-05-15T22:52:14.666-05:002010-05-15T22:52:14.666-05:00What a pretty daylily! Mine usually has quite a bit of rust by the time it gets that big.Catherine@AGardenerinProgresshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05001060769253273283noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3822343629005349934.post-73965214418947983362010-05-15T20:20:45.044-05:002010-05-15T20:20:45.044-05:00Love your daylilies. I had to smile because 12 years ago a co worker of my husbands who bred day lilies gave me several different kinds. She had named them and gave me a paper with them all written down; characteristics etc. The paper is long gone and I only remember one :tiny pumpkin. I am hopeless when it comes to keeping a log. Your hollyhock is gorgeous.Rock rose https://www.blogger.com/profile/00348711150803587369noreply@blogger.com
