A novice expat gardener from England enjoying the challenge of creating a garden from scratch in Texas ...
Sweet. I became a gardener when my beloved Burmese cat passed. We created a butterfly garden as a place for her ashes...and we've been gardening ever since. She was a gift.
Awww. BJ's ashes are in an urn above the fireplace. Perhaps we should make him a permanent part of our garden too.
Aw :( Beautiful photo, Jayne. :)
I just lost my own sweet boy a month ago, and I'm very sorry for your loss. Our kitties own such a large part of our hearts. I've thought of making a bed in the shape of a tear drop in his memory. BJ was very handsome.
Thanks Nancy. I'm sorry for your loss also. A teardrop bed would be a lovely tribute to your sweet boy. I made a digital scrapbook page in BJ's memory. I'll have to post it in my blog when I get home from work.
